Drinking a cup of tea during the day can serve many purposes. It can energise you in the morning, give you a mid-day pick me up, make you feel better if you aren’t feeling well, warm you up if you are cold, cool you down if you are hot. A good cup of tea works wonders on the body. A cup of tea with the right ingredients can also relax you after a stressful day and help you sleep if you are having trouble winding down. I love a warm cup of tea in the evening to help me relax.
